Rare 80's OLD GAP wool knit sweater / Made in Hong Kong

This item is a so-called "Old Gap" product, manufactured and sold around the 1980s, judging by the tag shape.

When you think of "OLD GAP," you probably first imagine the "navy tag" or "white tag" with the "GAP" letters prominently displayed in the logo...
However, this is a white tag from Gap, even earlier than those, with only the "G" capitalized!

Also, speaking of Hong Kong in the 80s...
As it was still a British territory at the time, it's "British Hong Kong made," which is different from the Hong Kong-made products of today. Considering the historical background, this item will likely become even more interesting in the future!
And while GAP is now a mass-produced brand... GAP from this era is known for its good design, fabric, and construction, making it a valuable item.
